small closet unhygienic toilet paper holder

The room lacked a proper wardrobe. Instead, there was only a small open closet with a hanging rail. finding a spot for suitcases and bags proved difficult. the shower was also quite cramped, i barely had room to turn around. the toilet paper holder was oddly placed above the toilet brush. This felt unhygienic.

The location was great. It was close to the charles bridge. the staff were very helpful with my luggage. i also really liked the waffle machine at breakfast. It was a fun addition. plus, there were always snacks available throughout the day, which i found very convenient.

the room i booked did not have air conditioning. this made the room uncomfortably warm during the day.

The hotel location is convenient. It is very close to Charles Bridge. The breakfast included a wide variety of options. The staff members were kind and helpful .

The room lacked storage space. There were no drawers available to store clothes. The bathroom had no shelves for toiletries. The towels provided were quite small.

Excellent Location and Service

ideal location efficient housekeeping

I spent four nights here and found the location ideal. The hotel is close to many attractions and on the river. My room was always clean. I found the housekeeping to be effective. Breakfast was amazing with many hearty options. The mattress was very comfortable. I slept very well.

I found no drawers in the room at all, so there was no place to put undergarments. there are no shelves in the bathroom to store toiletries. I found the towels very small.

The hotel is very close to the Charles Bridge. Several restaurants and bars are nearby. Transport links are easily accessible from the hotel. A superb, clean, and quiet park is right next to the hotel.

The hotel staff was polite and very helpful. Receptionists were ready to. Check-in was easy and support was on hand when needed. Tomas at reception was very helpful.

i appreciated the staff's thorough instructions and courteous service the breakfast was great with its variety i found getting around the city on foot convenient due to the hotel's proximity to the charles bridge the room was quiet and provided a glimpse of the river. the beds and bedding felt great and i appreciated having a selection of pillows for different sleeping styles

the hot water took some time to warm up

the room was modern and clean it featured many lovely pillows i was particularly happy with the bedding provided the bathroom had a large size and included a comfortable bathtub.

the breakfast offered a wide selection of food that catered to various tastes i found the variety wonderful and there was ample food available the coffee was freshly ground which added to the experience.

the staff demonstrated friendliness and helpfulness at all times they spoke english very well and were thorough with their instructions the staff were courteous and attentive to my needs i felt very well taken care of.
